Our Oz RL1 & Marie have a Magical Day at Crufts 2013

Our Oz & Marie were picked as part to the first Rally Team to demonstrate in both the Activity Area & Main Arean at Crufts on Thursday, 7th March 2013. It was a magical day as they worked along with Matt & Jake, Christine & Simba, Jane & Jinx, Sue & Bertie to show how much fun and what lovely partnerships can be built with this great new sport.

We were not expecting fate to send us a special GSD boy so soon but we are delighted to introduce Oz and very exciting to announce that he will be joining our family on Tuesday, 15th June 2004. Oz is currently staying at Lizzie's Barn Sanctuary and has already had a brilliant start in life .... with opportunity to socialise with children, people, other dogs and animals. He has the potential to be a wonderful ambassador for his breed .... to help other dogs who have not had the benefit of such a good social start and people who are frightened of large dogs.

Mmmm ... guess who couldn't wait .. Oz was collected on 12th June!!

With immense shock and sadness - we had to say good-bye to Our Oz on Sunday, 17th May 2015. He went to bed his normal happy, lively self and woke up looking under the weather. It quickly became clear that he was not just twinged his creaky back so we went over to Hollycroft Vets to see Max and get him checked over. I never dreamed that he would not be coming home with us. Sadly, unknown to us all he had a tumour which had bled out and there was nothing we could do but to give him a dignified and peaceful crossing with those he loved around him.

He meant so much to all of us and he was a wonderful ambassador for his breed. Sleep well son.
